We may collect and process the following personal data when you interact with No Graft No Glory:

  • Business name and main business challenge
  • Your answers to the NG³ Scorecard questions
  • Your Clarity, Control and Consistency scores and your lowest scoring category
  • Business role, sector and operational information shared for advisory purposes
  • Communications sent to us directly

Information collected automatically

  • Website usage data such as pages visited and time on site
  • IP address, device and browser information
  • Cookie and engagement data where applicable

3. How we use your information

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To calculate and display your NG³ Scorecard result
  • To follow up with relevant support based on your scorecard result, where appropriate
  • To manage bookings, consultancy engagements and service delivery
  • To respond to enquiries
  • To improve the website and services we offer
  • To comply with legal obligations where required

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis for processing

  • Legitimate interests: following up with people who have submitted the NG³ Scorecard, as they have expressed an interest in support with their business.
  • Contract: where you engage us for consultancy, coaching or advisory services.
  • Consent: where you have actively submitted your details through a form on this website.
  • Legal obligation: retaining financial or contractual records as required by UK law.

5. Third party tools we use

  • Formspree is used to process form submissions from the NG³ Scorecard. When you submit the scorecard, your data passes through Formspree before being forwarded to us. Formspree's privacy policy is at formspree.io.
  • Google Calendar is used to manage Clarity Call bookings. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com.
  • Netlify hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses. Netlify's privacy policy is at netlify.com.
  • Google Workspace and Google Drive are used to store and manage operational data securely.

All third party providers are required to handle data securely and in accordance with data protection law. We do not share your data with any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate these services.

6. Data storage and security

All operational data is stored securely using Google Workspace and Google Drive. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, unauthorised access, misuse and disclosure. Access to data is restricted to authorised individuals only.

Some of our service providers, including Google, may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR requirements.

7. How long we keep your data

  • NG³ Scorecard submissions are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Consultancy and engagement data may be retained for up to 6 months after engagement ends, unless otherwise required.
  • Financial and contractual records may be retained for up to 6 years in accordance with UK legal requirements.

Where data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for marketing
  • Object to certain types of processing
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Request data portability in certain circumstances
